Les has worked in a social/welfare setting for 18 years of which 9 years were with young people ranging from Housing, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Adolescents.  Les has completed his CQSW, First Line Management and part 1 of Psychotherapy and Counseling training and should finish his NVQ4 Care Management course by 2008.  Les is a great family man who enjoys most sports. Although he has a particular passion for cricket since he personally achieved to play County Cricket.
